How can coaching help me exactly?
Think of it as a chance to brainstorm and tackle your goals, challenges, and "what am I even doing here?" moments with open, non-judgmental support based in the science of positive psychology.
What topics can we discuss together?
Almost anything goes - whether it's about your career, boss, personal growth, relationships, or even figuring out how to stop your nightly doom-scrolling.
Do I need to bring specific goals?
Absolutely not! We can start with what you have where you are and go from there. Even just, "I feel stuck and want to change" can lead to powerful change.
So, is this professional therapy?
Just to be clear, I'm not a licensed therapist or pretending to be. Sure, emotions might come up during our sessions, but we will focus on practical planning and looking ahead, not digging into past issues or traumas.
